June 26, 2007
This year’s tournament will be played on two fields
ROUND ROBIN PLAY
Round robin play will consist of three pools of three teams. Each team will play the other two teams in its pool. The top team from each pool will advance to the Cup Level, the second team in each pool to the Bowl Level, and the third team in each pool to the Plate Level. Seeding will be based on wins/losses first, then on points for vs. points against.
After the mid-day break and skills competition, each team will play each of the other two teams in their seeded division (Cup, Bowl, and Plate). This format will give every team a guaranteed four matches against four different opponents, and a one in three shot at hardware.
