Come join us for practice every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 – 8:00pm at Sam Duff Memorial Park.
All players are welcome to come out to training–whether you have years of experience or have never played rugby. Rugby is a high intensity full contact sport and participants are expected to have a fitness level that will allow them to practice and play at a high level.
Rugby training runs throughout the year. There are three distinct rugby seasons, Fall, Spring and Summer.
