Spring 2017 UPDATE:
Come join us for practice every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 – 8:30 pm at Sam Duff Memorial Park.
All players are welcome to come out to training–whether you have years of experience or have never played rugby, all are encouraged to join us. Rugby is a high intensity full contact sport and participants are expected to have a fitness level that will allow them to practice and play at a high level.
Rugby training runs throughout the year. There are three distinct rugby seasons, Fall, Spring and Summer.
Fall and Spring are part of our 15’s Matrix Season in which we compete against several teams in the region to be crowned Kings of the True South, and make a run for nationals.
In the Summer, we trim the fat (literally) and play a mix of Touch and 7’s, traveling to tournaments and even hosting our own event in July.
