Training 3/10/2011

Tonights practice is cancelled due to inclement weather. Practice will resume 3/15/11 at Sam Duff Field at 6:30. Players looking for extra fitness should attend CrossFit Knoxville’s Saturday training session at 9 am.
Mid Season Report

The Spring 2010 matrix season got off to a promising start with a win over Memphis. The next four games didn’t go as well as the Possums would have liked as injuries, work schedules, and long distance travel took their toll on Knoxville. KRFC is ready to regroup and finish the season strong. The next game is scheduled for March 19th when the Possums host Chattanooga.
