High School All Star Camp March 24

The Knoxville Rugby Club invites all area high school male ruggers to the first SMAC All-Star/All Conference camp on March 24 at Possum Park at 9:30 am. The camp will last approximately 2 hours and will be followed by the Knoxville vs Chattanooga USA Rugby South matrix match.
The camp is open to all players in East Tennessee. A second open camp will be held in April. The purpose of the first two camps is to assess and assist in players skills leading up to All Conference and Travel Team selections. All area players are encouraged to participate in these camps
Two additional camps will be held for all players selected to the All-Conference squad. Based on the performance at these camps and player availability, a travel squad will be selected to compete in the U19 All Star Challenge Cup in Baltimore June 23-24.
Knoxville Rugby Club is providing coaching for both the camps and the travel squad, and will arrange transportation, lodging, and tournament entry.
